Welcome on the Pratarlen web site, a private site for presenting you my houses. If you are looking for very typical vacation in Britanny, in one of the most beautiful area of Brittany (West of France), then I will be please to welcome you in one of my houses.

All of my 6 houses can provide you with the level of comfort you can expect: from luxurious to a normal standing. The sea is 200 metres far; the beach of fine sand is 400 metres far. The different size of my houses suits perfectly the size of your family, from 4 people (Maison Severine and Maison Julie) to 8 people (Maison Albane). In addition my house are surrounded by a large and very woody garden, and you will enjoy a sun bath under the trees, or just under the sun light, depending how warm the weather will be.

Port-Manec'h is a nice little fish harbour located right at the end of 2 rivers, the "Aven" and the "Belon". The first is well known for its worldwide famous painting school - "L'Ecole de Pont-Aven" and Gauguin. The second river produces the best olsters of France. The beautiful coast, the countryside, both along the sea or a little inside the land are opportunities for marvellous walks.
Concarneau (12 km), Quimper (25 km) or Lorient organise in Summer festivals that will give a inner insight in the culture of Britanny. For one day visit, you may drive to Brest, to Rennes, to Nantes.
